"The quality, consistency and reliability of Bistro Serve has transformed our food service. We get great reviews and it’s so easy to manage now. It allows us to offer a menu of depth and diversity without hitting our labour costs. It’s particularly useful on dishes like casseroles that would need the kitchen up and running for several hours before service. Now we operate with a sous chef and they come in at 11.00 for a 12.00 service. Taking away the risk of food waste is a major advantage. The success essentially comes down to the quality.”
